Instructors
Chief instructor of CAFA: Norm Willis
My journey into physical training and the Fighting Arts began in the 1980s. I was always into sports at High School and upon leaving I made a natural progression into boxing, weight training and then Kung Fu. By 1990 I started training in Kickboxing. I am still on the journey. In the since beginning martial arts, I have had the privilege to work with some of the best in the game: Marcie Harding, Octavio Quintero.
